Today is National Pizza Day! I thought what better day to announce that Toppings will be Ludamus Game's next published project? Toppings is slated to launch on Kickstarter in Q3-Q4 of this year. After We're Sinking has been fulfilled to backers. If you would like to be notified when the Kickstarter is live, you can sign-up to be notified here.
Some may know that Toppings was a pizza game that I designed during the Break My Game, Game Jam in early 2021. I had a blast designing it but ultimately shelved the project to dedicate my time to We're Sinking. Now that We're Sinking is on its way to mass production, it seemed like a great opportunity to revisit Toppings and start pre-production again.
I'm excited to announce that I've partnered with the incredibly talented Esmeralda Puerto to illustrate Toppings. Esmeralda has a unique and charming style that I can't wait to see come through in Toppings.
